Keynote - Dr. Jeffrey Lehman
Dr. Jeffrey Lehman is currently the Director of Masters in Catholic Education program at the Augustine Institute, Missouri. He previously led program development in University of Dallas Masters in Classical education programs and has taught at Biola and Hillsdale universities. Dr. Lehman will share a philosophical history of Liberal Arts education with a particular focus on human anthropology through the eyes of the Catholic intellectual tradition.

Keynote - Dr. Chris Schlect
Dr Chris Schlect is Head of Humanities and Director of the graduate program in Classical and Christian Studies at New Saint Andrews College. With more than thirty years' experience in classical education, he teaches history, classical rhetoric, and education, and has also served on the faculties of Washington State University and Gordon College.
A recognised leader in the classical education renewal movement, Dr Schlect chairs the ACCS Accreditation Commission and works extensively with schools across the United States through accreditation, consulting, and teacher formation.

Program - Teacher Training - Friday September 18th
This year's program will be focussed on the noble work of the teacher. We seek to empower teachers and homeschooling parents in the Classical Liberal Arts tradition by providing a range of pedagogy workshops and presentations, in addition to shared experiences of both Leadership and schools who have made the 'Classical journey'.
Pedagogy Workshop Topics include:
- Chants and Jingles in the primary classroom
- Creating a Scholé classroom
- Montessori meets Liberal Arts - the place of Montessori sensory focussed learning in early years education.
- Poetic Mode and the Senior English Syllabus
- Socratic Method for Middle and Senior English & Humanities
- Australian History - Integrating Australian content and identity into the Liberal Arts.
- Narration - the Ancient method that makes Blooms taxonomy truly blossom.
- Mimetic instruction - Its role in both explicit instruction and learning founded in wonder.
